Definition

extreme range which is used for acceptance at unit level

Notes

NOTE See Figure 3-2. The unit acceptance temperature range is obtained from the (TCS) acceptance temperature range as defined in Figure 3-1 after the addition of a suitable value to account for test inaccuracies.
